Unique service delivery
WELL SUITED TO FIT SEAMLESSLY INTO THE HECTIC SCHEDULES OF WOMEN WHO TAKE A CAREER BREAK
Flexible: Daytime sessions, evening sessions, virtual sessions. Sessions can be scheduled into an existing or regular group gathering or offered as a standalone event.
Logistically convenient: Women can have their baby or young child with them whilst attending a virtual session or group session.
Cost effective: Attending a once off group presentation is a more cost-effective option compared to the cost of a 1 on 1 career coaching session.
Outcome focused: Each session is driven by clear and purposeful outcomes.
Unique setting
TRUSTED supportive learning spaceS IN SMALL GROUPS
In-person or online sessions in spaces where:
- A group of women taking a career break can meet.
- Peer learning is encouraged.
- Informal education is welcomed.
- Baby or young child can attend.

“…A real opportunity to transform academic research and insights about career break experiences into practical guidance with a meaningful impact to benefit and empower women.
